30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
In order to use our 30 day satisfaction guarantee, the following criterias must be met:
- Send the whole item back to us, we only replace what is returned.
- Return the hair within 30 days of receiving it.
- Only our own shampoo should have been used.
- The hair must not be coloured or bleached.
We do not replace the attaching of the hair as it is not we who perform it. If you have any complaints about the attachment, please contact your hairdresser.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
- Pack the item well in the same package/bag as it came in, alternatively use your own packaging (this must not be larger than the packaging the hair came in).
- Attach the order confirmation or write down the same information on a sheet and attach it in the package.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as you chose at the time of payment.
- Paste our return ticket on the package and submit it to the nearest postal agent, the return is then free. If you do not have a return ticket, please contact our customer service and we will send a label to you.
- We need you to send the hair back within one week after contacting the customer service.
- Free products that is not sent back will be charged for with full price + shipping.
