The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements made with Delightful AB (Delightfulhair). By completing an order you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply only to consumers placing orders via our online webshop at www.delightfulhair.co.uk. Orders made by those under the age of 18 are considered cash purchases and require a guardian’s approval. Subject to final sale and any image and typographical errors on the website, including errors relating to product description or technical specification, inaccurate pricing and price modifications (such as changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or inaccurate information with regards to product availability.
Delightful AB reserves the right to correct any such errors and change or update information without prior notice. In case of inaccurate pricing of an item you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before completing the order. All webshop pictures and images are for illustration purposes only and cannot be guaranteed to depict the exact quantity, appearance, features, or origin of any product. All webshop content is owned by Delightful AB or its licensors. The information is protected by, inter alia, intellectual property and market legislation. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Delightful AB.
Please contact our Customer Service if you are unhappy with the products that you have ordered from our webshop. Should you still not be satisfied, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes or the EU Commission online platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We intend to participate in the dispute resolution process. Delightful AB complies with the Personal Data Act (PDA). In connection with registering and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business in accordance with the Personal Data Act in order to fulfil our agreement with you. Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Please read it and make sure all information is correct. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of delivery to the email address you’ve entered upon check-out. The delivery confirmation includes a tracking number that enables you to track your package.
Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is 2-5 business days. Delivery time may be longer in connection with major holidays or traffic disruptions. Should we fail to deliver as agreed, due to no availability, we will contact you at your registered email. In that case, you may choose to change, wait, or cancel the purchase. A shipping charge of £4,99 is applied to orders under £100.
Normally, your delivery will arrive in your mailbox as standard mail within 2-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Packages that are too bulky will be sent directly to your nearest post office. In such cases, you’ll receive a slip with which you can easily collect your package. Items that are not collected will be returned to us. If you do not collect your package you will be charged for any shipping and handling costs. These costs currently amount to £25.
In collaboration with Klarna we offer our customers payment via Klarna Checkout. Payment methods include invoice, account credit, card payment, or direct online bank payment. Invoice is set as the default payment option. Read more about Klarnas terms and condidtion here.

Any card payment via DIBS Payment Services that meet the international safety standards of PCI DSS. All communication between our webshop and the customer’s bank goes through DIBS and is sent in encrypted format via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We reserve the right to verify the payment card’s validity, that sufficient funds are available to cover the value of the order, and that the card holder’s address information is correct. At Delightful AB we want you as a consumer to feel secure shopping with us. That’s why you always have the right to cancel your purchase, exchange your item, or make complaints with regards to defective items. When using your right to exchange/right of withdrawal, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and for the items to be returned to us in the same condition as you received them. Should you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are made preferably using the same payment method that you used when ordering. If you regret your purchase and return the entire order, we will refund standard shipping costs. Should you wish to keep some of the products and only partially return your order, shipping costs are non-refundable.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have 14 days of right to withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. If for any reason you regret your purchase, you may return the items and receive a refund. If you believe that an item is defective or faulty, you may send it back. In order for us to assess the returned item, we need the entire item returned along with a detailed description of the defect and how the item has been used. If the entire item is not returned we cannot do a full assessment of the item’s defect and can only assess and possibly refund for the part we have received.
The right to complain does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear or incorrect use, or if you have altered the original condition of the item, for example dyeing treatments of any kind. The right to complain does not cover the attachment of hair extensions as we do not carry out the attachment.
The item will be analysed by our complaints department, who will contact you at your registered email address. If after assessment, the item is deemed defective, you will primarily be sent a new item. If a new item cannot be sent, the entire amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
